Private Auction System

Whether it's at a desk in the auction house, from an office, or a notebook computer while on the road, your members will be able to participate in the auctions.  The SeaTrak-EX auction module provides your customers secured rapid access to the auctions from anywhere around the globe.  Using the internet and security controls the Private Auction Module provides enormous benefit to your customers.

 

  • Auctions are hosted at the exchange

  • Access and security to the auction is controlled by the exchange

  • Buyers can participate from the exchange, or via the internet utilizing any computer with a web browser

  • Multiple auctions can be scheduled, and product selected for each auction

  • System receives product for auction from the Landing System

  • ‘Buyers’ available credit is validated real time as bids are placed

  • Auction reconciliation process verifies that ‘buyer bids’ are accepted or rejected by the ‘seller’

  • The auction system passes accepted bids to the Order Entry System as approved orders
