Receiving System

Through the use of barcode labels and/or RFID tags receipts can be landed with minimal effort and the utmost accuracy.  Identifiers can be applied during receiving to track the lots throughout the entire processing and distribution cycles.

 

Features such as directed put-away and wireless terminals improve productivity while increasing accuracy.  When integrated with other SeaTrak-SC modules. 

  • The Work Flow Control Process then generates R/F transactions, or paper documents to direct workers to begin

    • Move product to storage location

    • Move product to processing stage

    • The Tote Tracking System captures via barcode all container information necessary to comply with the system requirements

    • All Country of Origin and Method of Production information is assign on a line item basis to comply with  government regulations

    • When confirmation that the receipt is complete, the information is release purchase order reconciliation

    • The receiving interface process can be dynamic or batch driven. SeaTrak provides receipt interfaces for any of the ERP packages available today
