Repacking/Reprocessing
The Repacking/Reprocessing
module manages the customer specific packaging instructions. Auction
quantities can be broken down and repackaged for shipping.
-
Repacking and reprocessing instruction are generated via ‘Buyer’
input from the
Order Entry
system.
-
The
Work Flow
system then processes the instructions generating the appropriate
R/F transaction, and or paper documents.
-
Work is tracked via barcode and or a ‘Traveler’ document.
-
Lot and tote consumption for net weight, gross weight and yield are
calculated on a real time basis.
-
Dynamic lot creation is accomplished at this stage.
-
Custom labeling (Bar code and or RFID) is also accomplished during
this process.
-
Completed orders are then release to the
Work Flow
system that creates R/F shipping transactions, and or
shipping documents.
